Accountabilities

Build, lead, and inspire a world-class, multi-disciplinary marketing organization

Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making

Develop future leaders and ensure alignment with broader business objectives

Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth targets

Position the company as a category leader in digital experience, commerce, and CX transformation

Act as the primary marketing executive for key partnerships and initiatives

Partner with sales teams to unlock enterprise-scale opportunities

Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution

Elevate brand visibility through strategic communications and thought leadership

Oversee the global marketing budget and optimize metrics for success

Requirements

10-15+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, including executive roles

Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation engines tied to revenue

Deep experience in partner marketing and strategic ecosystem growth models

Strong ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution

Understanding of marketing within digital agencies or consultancies

Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to navigate complex, global organizations with ease
