Remote Dental Benefits Advisor

Randstad USA is looking for Customer Service Representatives in West Des Moines, Iowa to support dental insurance members and providers remotely. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, documenting interactions, and educating customers. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Pay rate is $18 per hour with various shifts available Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST. This is a 3-month contract with performance-based extension potential.
