We're hiring a
Head of Operations
at Gross Labs.
Gross Labs is a modern family enterprise founded by Nick Gross — building, acquiring, and investing across sports, media, entertainment, education, real estate, hospitality, and consumer ventures.
This is the central execution role across the enterprise. You'll work directly with Nick as a trusted strategic partner, translating vision into operational rigor across our operating companies, investment portfolio, and development projects — including a 60-acre mixed-use district and the OKC Corral par-3 destination.

What you'll own:
— Enterprise operating cadence across all business units
— KPI dashboards and executive performance tracking
— Cross-company coordination and stakeholder alignment
— Milestone oversight across OKC development initiatives
— Governance, reporting infrastructure, and process design
— Strategic briefings and decision frameworks for the CEO

What we're looking for:
7–15+ years in operations, COO, Chief of Staff, or executive leadership — ideally within multi-entity businesses, holding companies, family offices, or founder-led platforms. Strong financial, operational, and project management fluency is essential. So is comfort with ambiguity and high-context founder relationships.
Background in any of the following is a plus: venture / portfolio ops, real estate development, golf & hospitality, sports / media / music, consumer brands, or family office structures.

$180K base · $45K target bonus · LTIP upside
