Experience supporting payroll in a government, public sector, or highly regulated environment
Experience transitioning from or supporting PeopleSoft payroll
Direct involvement in a Workday implementation or post-implementation phase
Job Description
Insight Global is currently in the implementation stage of Workday and is seeking a Workday Payroll Analyst to support the Payroll Manager during this phase. This role requires strong Workday Payroll module experience with a techno-functional background.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist with payroll testing, data validation, and payroll report review during the Workday implementation phase
Support payroll compliance and audit-related activities, particularly in a regulated or government environment
Act as a trusted Workday Payroll resource for the Payroll Manager and payroll leadership team
Work directly with the Payroll Manager to support day-to-day Workday Payroll operations
Attend Workday meetings and assist with reviewing, understanding, and validating system configurations
Provide guidance related to payroll processes and Workday setup, including configuration impacts and best practices
Assist the Payroll Manager with questions, analysis, and troubleshooting (this is not an employee-facing role)
