Talent Acquisition Specialist (Plano)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts through proactive candidate outreach and relationship building. This role is responsible for making outbound calls, screening candidates, qualifying experience, and scheduling interviews for our recruiting team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, results-driven, and able to build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
