Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the successful delivery of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams and external vendors across metering, communications, IT, and field operations. A key focus will be managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and effectively communicating project status to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of AMI projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate efforts across IT, Operations, Meter Services, Customer Operations, Regulatory, and external vendors.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of contractually obligated components and services.
Identify, assess, and actively manage program and project risks, ensuring alignment with utility standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and deliver clear project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to diverse audiences.

Must-Have Skills:
Superior Communication & Stakeholder Management.
Proven Planning & Execution (Scope, Schedule, Budget) capabilities.
Strong Risk & Issue Management experience.

Domain/Industry Experience:
Utility or Smart Grid Program Experience highly preferred.
