Facilities Project Lead

Summary:
Lead small-to-medium capital projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives. Own projects end-to-end while solving complex technical and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from planning through execution and closeout
Define scope, budget, schedules, and project plans
Manage CapEx projects, facility repairs, and renovations
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/EPCM partners
Present project updates, financials, and business cases to leadership
Troubleshoot facility, equipment, and infrastructure issues
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams; manage multiple projects
Required Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
5+ years of engineering/project experience
Strong project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
Experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling
Knowledge of structured problem-solving (PMBOK, DMAIC, etc.)
Preferred:
PMP or PE certification
Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
Tools: MS Project, Excel, SharePoint
Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and facility operations
Work Environment:
40+ hours/week; onsite (field + office)
Limited travel within company facilities
