Jennie Joiner with Forum Group PNW is partnering with a growing financial services organization to hire a Client Service Associate in Jacksonville, Oregon. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering a strong career path within investment and retirement operations for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to learn. This position has been created to support growth within the organization and to provide succession planning for a key team member who will be retiring in the future. The role will primarily support investment operations while also gaining exposure to retirement services, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial services. The Client Service Associate will work closely with the investment and operations teams to support client accounts, process transactions, and ensure a high level of service. Key Responsibilities
Account Administration
Assist with opening, maintaining, and updating client accounts including individual and retirement accounts
Prepare and review account documentation for accuracy and completeness
Submit forms and paperwork to custodians and ensure timely processing
Transactions and Account Activity
Support account transfers, rollovers, and money movement requests
Track transaction status and follow up to ensure completion
Learn and apply knowledge of different account types and how they impact transactions
Client Service
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Communicate next steps, timelines, and documentation requirements clearly
Escalate more complex issues as needed
Operations Support
Work within custodial platforms and internal systems to manage account activity
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Use Excel and other tools to organize and track data
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with numbers, forms, and data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience
Exposure to financial services, banking, accounting, or administrative roles
Interest in investments, retirement planning, or financial operations
Familiarity with custodial platforms such as Schwab or Fidelity is a plus
