
Efficiency & Analytics Coordinator

Big River Resources is seeking an Efficiency and Analytics Coordinator to support operational excellence across our ethanol production facilities. This role focuses on process optimization, fermentation performance, and data-driven decision-making, partnering closely with plant teams to improve efficiency, yields, and costs.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret production and process data to identify improvement opportunities
Support and implement process and fermentation optimization initiatives
Develop reports and dashboards using operational data
Serve as a technical resource for plant operations and lab activities
Travel up to 50% to support multiple ethanol facilities
Qualifications
4+ years of relevant operational or technical experience (ethanol or bioprocessing preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Working knowledge of DCS systems, process data, and Microsoft Office
Understanding of fermentation, laboratory operations, and bioprocessing fundamentals
Post-secondary degree in a related field preferred
