JOB SUMMARY
The Marina Maintenance Technician will be operating a boatlift, blocking up boats, maintenance of all machinery and facilities as necessary, repairing and monitoring docks, equipment and facilities as needed, cleaning grounds and dock area. Monitor docks and boats during extreme weather conditions and any other duties as needed. Carries out all duties as they pertain to U.S. v Washington and the harvesting, processing, and transporting of fish harvested in the exercise of treaty fishing rights.

COMPENSATION
$21.43 hr.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

One (1) year of experience using hand tools, small power equipment and all types of landscape/grounds duties.

Six (6) months of experience in maintenance; repair of facility, dock, and equipment.

Six (6) months of experience with hauling vessels in and out of the water.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES

WA State Driver License.

Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)

Must complete an

A gility exam to determine if physically capable of performing the job.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a regular Full-Time position.
