Home Care Scheduler
Pay: $18‑20/hr

Job Overview
We provide one‑on‑one, non‑medical services for Omaha seniors, helping them age in place in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves scheduling and coordinating care deliveries while building strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and the office team.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain an extensive, ever‑changing Client/Caregiver schedule.

Provide one‑on‑one care to clients when needed.

Perform client consults for potential new clients as required.

Collaborate with the team on multiple projects and resolve Client/Caregiver issues.

Build relationships with Caregivers and Clients.

Demonstrate open and effective communication with the office team, Caregivers, clients, and clients’ family members.

Conduct after‑hours on‑call duties (take calls and fill shifts as needed).

Assist the Care Coordinator and team with various tasks.

Eligibility Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent.

Valid state driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Reliability and punctuality.

Ability to work at a fast pace.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience with scheduling; WellSky experience preferred.

Experience with assistive devices preferred.

CNA or caregiving/personal care experience preferred.

Experience working in a professional office setting.

Moderate technical skills.

Ability to execute multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and active listening ability.

Ability to work independently and multitask.

Effective interpersonal skills and sound judgment.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Knowledge of the senior care industry, or willingness to learn.

Experience in home care preferred.

Schedule

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday‑Friday.

On‑call after hours on a regular rotation.

Work Location
In‑person, office setting – Omaha, NE 68114 (Regency area).
