Job Description
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Social Worker (MSW) for Case Management at Newton Medical Center to work 8AM-4PM. Occasional weekends may be required to meet the needs of the department – it will not exceed one weekend every four weeks.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Discharge planning from an acute care hospital.
Supportive and therapeutic counseling.
Qualifications
MSW from an accredited school of social work.
New Jersey LSW required – LCSW highly preferred.
1‑year medical setting (acute care hospital) or 1‑year externship experience.
