Job Summary
Cocktail Server – John T's Lounge, Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista (HOT0CID8). Full‑time position located at 1751 Hotel Plaza Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, 32830. John T’s Lounge operates daily from 4 pm; serves appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees until late. Ideal candidates have previous serving experience in a hotel lounge, are attentive, and knowledgeable about classic cocktails and wines.
Shift Pattern:
Typical PM shifts from 3 pm–11 pm or 5 pm–1 am. Weekend/holiday availability required.
Pay Rate:
$10.98 per hour plus tips.
Responsibilities
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Ensure knowledge of menu, restaurant promotions, and specials.
Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in the appropriate point‑of‑sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic
on‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Maintain a well‑stocked serving station at all times.
