
Supply Chain Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to support cross-functional supply chain initiatives within the food andbeverage industry. This role will lead projects across planning, procurement, production, and distribution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and operational goals are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
Partner with stakeholders across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning teams
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive process improvements across supply chain operations to increase efficiency and reduce cost
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to support project execution
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership
Support initiatives related to inventory optimization, capacity planning, and service-level improvements
Ensure projects align with regulatory, quality, and operational standards common in beverage manufacturing
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
Beverage industry or CPG experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of supply chain functions such as planning, procurement, production, inventory, and distribution
Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workstreams
Proficiency with ERP systems and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
