Strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and flexibility are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Follow and implement lesson plans left by the regular teacher.

Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.

Provide instruction, support, and supervision to students.

Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of various grade levels and subjects.

Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administration.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance as required.
