Key Responsibilities

Warm Welcome & Prompt Seating: Greet customers upon arrival, ensure prompt seating, and take food and beverage orders efficiently. Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, catering to special requests or requirements.

Menu Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to confidently address customer inquiries and offer informed recommendations.

Accurate Payment Processing: Handle payments accurately, ensuring the correct processing of guest checks and payment methods to safeguard both the customer and the business from transaction errors.

Team Participation: Attend pre-shift and departmental meetings to stay informed about products, services, and facility activities, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Restocking & Cleaning Duties: Perform all restocking and cleaning tasks as directed, including both opening and closing duties, to maintain a clean and organized environment.

What We Are Looking For In a Restaurant Server

High school diploma or equivalent GED

Previous experience working in food service is preferred

Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality

Outstanding time management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
