The Hotel Food and Beverage Operations Manager will lead the daily operations of the Hotel Food and Beverage Restaurant across FIRE Restaurant, Lounge, Banquet Events, and In-Room Dining. The Manager ensures seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, supervision of the team, coordinating with culinary teams, and upholding high standards of presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities for the FIRE Hotel Restaurant Operations Manager include:
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and consistency.
Lead, coach, and develop F&B leadership and line‑level teams to drive engagement, accountability, and performance.
Partner with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to execute menus, service standards, and special events.
Monitor financial performance, including labor, cost of goods, inventory, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards.
Enhance guest satisfaction through service recovery, training, and continuous improvement.
Support banquet and event operations in collaboration with the events and culinary teams.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to maintain smooth operations and deliver a top‑tier dining experience.
What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Restaurant Operations Manager includes:
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment.
Experience managing multiple outlets and leading diverse teams.
Strong financial acumen with experience in controlling labor and food costs.
Proven leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.
Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and service excellence.
Familiarity with Hilton or lifestyle brands preferred.
