The ART hotel Downtown Denver is seeking a Hotel Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor. Applications accepted until position filled, deadline May 30, 2026.
Hourly Range: $25.00 to $26.00 (non-tipped; tip/service charge exempt).

Why This Role?
The Hotel Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the Hotel Food and Beverage Restaurant across FIRE Restaurant, Lounge, Banquet Events, and In-Room Dining. The Supervisor ensures seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, supervision of the team, coordination with culinary teams, and upholding high standards of presentation and service.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations, overseeing the restaurant's service flow, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing special requests, and maintaining service standards.
Coach, train, and mentor Food and Beverage staff to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
Monitor inventory, place orders for food, beverages, and supplies, and ensure proper storage and usage to minimize waste.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and company policies and industry standards.
Assist with cash handling, reconcile daily sales, and support budgeting and cost control efforts.
Work closely with kitchen staff, hotel management, and event teams to coordinate food service, especially for conferences and special events.
Complete daily logs, banquet checks, and operational reports as needed.
Work weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and interact well with guests and staff.
Self-starting personality with an even temperament, maintaining a professional appearance and manner.
Willingness to pitch in and assist co-workers, promoting a team-oriented work environment.
Basic supervisory skills, including planning, organizing, directing, coaching, training, and disciplining employees when necessary.
Strong knowledge of food and wine pairing is highly sought after.
