Essential Functions
Summer Program Teachers will provide targeted small‑group instruction in ELA and Math to eligible students. The LinkIt Intervention Manager platform will be used for goal setting and progress monitoring. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons aligned with student needs, pre/post assessment, tracking and reporting progress. Attendance at a mandatory pre‑program meeting (date TBD) is required.
Qualifications
NJ Elementary Teaching certificate required; summer program teaching experience preferred
Trained in district curricular programming including IMSE OG, Arts & Letters, and Ready Math
Proficiency with LinkIt Intervention Manager preferred
Compensation
Stipend – Up to 5 teachers needed, pending enrollment, at $5,498.24 per teacher. Stipend inclusive of 60 hours of instruction at $76.36/hr, 15 total hours for lesson preparation and data input at $57.29/hr, and attendance at pre‑program meeting at $57.29/hr.
