This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Onboarding Operations Specialist in Germany.

In this role, you will support the seamless onboarding of international employees by ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient operational processes across a global HR platform. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one, handling complex documentation, and ensuring alignment across multiple internal teams. Working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment, you will collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders across different functions and regions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact operational workflows in a fast-paced, tech-driven organization. You will also help improve and automate onboarding processes, ensuring scalability as the company continues to grow globally.

Accountabilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation

Prepare and verify employment contracts and onboarding packages in line with legal and operational standards

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by handling employee queries and coordinating across internal teams

Collaborate closely with Mobility, Payroll, Benefits, and Lifecycle teams to ensure seamless operations

Maintain high-quality employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance

Contribute to audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives to support operational excellence

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within onboarding workflows

Support knowledge management by updating and maintaining internal documentation and resources

Requirements

Strong experience in operational roles, ideally within HR, people operations, or employment-related functions

Good understanding of employment contracts and legally binding documentation

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace

Ability to work effectively in remote, asynchronous, and cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality

Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
