
Bilingual Recruiting Assistant

Metairie, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to support daily recruiting and administrative operations in a fast‑paced office environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional looking to grow into a Recruiter position. No previous recruiting experience is required. Bilingual communication skills are required to assist a diverse workforce and candidate pool.
Essential Duties
Enter employee hours accurately for weekly payroll processing
Manage and maintain candidate and employee database records
Contact potential employees regarding available job opportunities
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments
Communicate with applicants in both languages professionally and promptly
Assist recruiting team with administrative and office support tasks
Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information
Assist with onboarding new hires
Requirements/Skills
Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish required)
No prior recruiting experience required; training provided
Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Professional phone and email communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, in‑office environment
Desire to learn and grow into a Recruiter role
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods
Frequent use of computer, phone, and office equipment
Ability to move throughout the office as needed
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
