Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
$60,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience), Exempt
Lead Behavioral Excellence Across Our Agency
We’re looking for a confident clinical leader to oversee and strengthen behavior services across our Residential, Education, Day Habilitation, Clinical, and Community programs. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and person-centered behavior support services while supervising Behavior Technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The Role at a Glance
In this role, you will:
Conduct assessments and Functional Behavioral Assessments
Develop and monitor behavior support plans
Provide staff training and consultation
Support interdisciplinary treatment teams
Oversee behavior services compliance and documentation
Assist with psychotropic medication review process
Serve as a clinical resource across programs
This position plays a key role in shaping behavioral supports agency-wide and ensuring services align with OPWDD and SED standards.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
Education and Credentials
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Behavior Analysis, or related clinical field
BCBA, NYS Mental Health Counseling license, or OPWDD-qualified Level 1/2 BIS.
Required continuing education and credential maintenance
Experience
Minimum 3 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans
Staff supervision and training experience
Knowledge of OPWDD, DOH, CMS and SED regulations
Other Requirements
Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgement
