Director of Behavior Services
The Arc Erie County NY is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Director of Behavior Services to lead and strengthen behavioral support across our residential, education, vocational and community programs.
Key leadership role
provides strategic oversight to behavior coordinators, clinicians, and support staff while partnering with executive leadership to expand services, ensure regulatory compliance and implement evidence-based, person-centered practices across the agency.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys building programs, mentoring teams, and driving innovation that directly improves outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Range:
$38.40 - $48.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Bring
Master’s degree in a clinical or behavior-related field (BCBA, LCSW, Psychology, or related)
Experience developing and overseeing behavior support plans and clinical servicesStrong knowledge of OPWDD and related regulatory standards
Leadership experience and a passion for collaborative, agency-wide impact.
