The Associate Project Coordinator (APC) offers administrative, project, and organizational support to the leadership teams at Populance. In this role, the APC acts as a liaison to the leadership team, collaborating and coordinating with providers, vendors, members, and various internal and external entities. This collaborative effort between the APC and leadership ensures effective support for both internal and external stakeholders within the organization. This established collaboration will achieve Healthy Population’s goals and outcomes aligned with the Quadruple Aim: improved population health, enhanced care experience, reduced healthcare costs, and an engaged provider network.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to all multiple teams/leaders within Populance.
Prepare project and meeting materials, including agendas, minutes and presentations, participate/coordinate and/or lead designated meetings.
Calendar/scheduling support including but not limited to scheduling of meetings, assistance with external parties, faxing, project planning and email support, etc.
Complete office supply orders and maintain inventory levels as directed by the leadership team.
Preparing and submitting expense reports for both the leadership team and staff.
Creating purchase orders, handling invoices, and collaborating with Finance to address any discrepancies.
Facilitates communication between Populace’s leadership team with providers, vendors, internal and external entities, leadership teams, members and their families.
Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited academic institution required or four (4) years work experience in a health care or business related field.
Two years experience working in a healthcare or health plan setting required.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment required.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all members of the health care community required.
Computer proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Fax, phone, required.
Ability to work independently, required.
