Job Overview
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the support and maintenance of multi‑site healthcare clinics. The role requires proficiency in the Microsoft suite, the ability to read blueprints and plans, and strong organizational and communication skills. The Coordinator reports to the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage repair services such as flooring, lighting, and medical equipment

Understand space layouts and dimensions

Perform daily facilities support and maintenance tasksObtain and review price quotes for parts, services, and labor for projects

Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules, test building security systems, and prepare action plans for emergencies

Assist with management of capital projects and leasehold improvements

Read blueprints and leases daily

Oversee repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors

Use Microsoft Excel to maintain project schedules, track budgets, and monitor status of outstanding items

Assume additional responsibilities and assist with special projects as needed

Demonstrate detail orientation, organization, excellent follow‑through and communication skills

Education and Experience

1–3 years working in a professional business environment

Construction, HVAC and electrical knowledge preferred

Ability to read blueprints

Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines

Comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines

Excellent oral and written communication skills
