Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate provides service support for products within a service center environment. This role assists with preparing movable medical equipment and support surfaces for rental, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and clean workspace.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform warehouse activities including bed decontamination, product cleaning, and shipping and receiving in compliance with safety guidelines.
Prepare, stage, and handle movable medical equipment and support surfaces for rental use.
Assist in maintaining accurate on?site inventory and related documentation.
Conduct general housekeeping and 5S activities to support a clean and organized service center.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with co?workers, sales teams, and other departments as required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times.
Participate in required safety training, meetings, and medical testing.
Operate equipment and perform tasks safely while adhering to company, governmental, and customer regulations.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Must be
18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license
with a driving record that meets company standards
Ability to lift up to
50 lbs
Previous
hands?on or mechanical experience
preferred
Ability to perform all essential job functions
Ability to perform
basic administrative tasks
and documentation
Comfortable using a computer for daily job assignments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior warehouse, service center, or equipment handling experience preferred, but not required
