Our client, a leading organization in the aerospace manufacturing industry, is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting employee relations, onboarding, compliance activities, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Coordinate and support full-cycle onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and system setup.
Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll support for hourly employees.
Provide support with California meal and rest break compliance, wage and hour regulations, and labor law postings.
Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
What's Needed?
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
2+ years of HR administrative or HR coordinator experience
Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments preferred
Knowledge of California labor laws and wage and hour regulations
Experience with HRIS systems, payroll support, and timekeeping systems
