Overview
Small established immigration law firm in Seattle seeks full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal
Duties
Draft declarations, forms and legal documents for USCIS and Immigration Court with regard to family-based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, U visas, self petitions, waivers, consular processing and deportation/removal defense
Meet with clients
Screen potential clients and schedule consultations
Create and maintain individual client files and case database
Administrative support as needed
Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
Ability to multi task and work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to meet deadlines
Prefer immigration paralegal experience but will consider candidates with associate degree and experience/demonstrated interest in immigration
