Lewis-Palmer School District 38 is looking for a 4th Grade Teacher at Ray E. Kilmer Elementary School beginning with the
2026-2027 school year .
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to be a team player, as well as strong collaboration and communication skills.
Must have, or be eligible to receive, a current Colorado license with appropriate endorsement requirements.
Must have a solid foundation in literacy and a genuine understanding of the developmental needs of elementary school students.
Preference for experience with Everyday Math curriculum.
Salary
Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 18 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 19, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of
$44,550 - $75,279 . The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website.

Paid leave is accrued in accordance with District policies and afforded to all persons in accordance with Colorado law.
