Responsibilities
Manage employee check-in and attendance daily
Perform safety walks to maintain a safe, compliant workplace
Process attendance, timekeeping, and staffing reports
Assist with orientations and onboarding new team members
Provide coaching, discipline, and support to employees as needed
Respond to employee concerns, questions, and workplace incidents
Partner closely with HR leadership and staffing agencies to keep operations running smoothly
No planned time off during the first 30 days
Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of related HR/Staffing experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and Outlook
Ability to build relationships, handle sensitive situations, and make sound decisions
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong background in safety, coaching, and disciplining employees
Confident in communicating and working with clients
Fluent in Spanish – reading, writing, and speaking
Comfortable speaking to large groups
Familiar with using payroll systems
Excellent at recording call‑offs, tracking job performance issues, and handling employee complaints
Strong with documentation and maintaining accurate records
