Foster Youth Housing Program Supervisor
Location: On Site | Fresno, CA

Schedule: Full Time | Exempt

Department: Transitional Age Youth

Reports to: Program Director

Pay Range: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00

Join Aspiranet, a leading California-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families. As Youth Housing Program Supervisor you will lead a trauma‑informed team that provides stable housing, mentorship, and life skills for foster youth.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Supervision: supervise, coach, and evaluate staff and volunteers; support hiring, onboarding, and training; foster a positive, inclusive, culturally responsive team; plan and assign work to ensure effective service delivery.

Program Management & Operations: manage a caseload of clients when needed; oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with goals and funding; monitor program performance, outcomes, and quality; ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and agency policies; manage resources within budget.

Partnerships & Community Engagement: attend networking meetings; conduct outreach, promotion, and enrollment; liaise with partners and referring agencies.

Data & Continuous Improvement: track program data and use insights to guide decision making; support program planning, evaluation, and reporting.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a social services-related field or equivalent experience; minimum of two years in a child welfare setting or working with transition‑age youth (16‑24).

1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.

Ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirements (background clearance, TB test, etc.).

Work Environment & Schedule
This position is fully on‑site, requiring occasional evening hours and after‑hours crisis consultation on a rotating basis. Travel is required for site visits or meetings.
