Key Responsibilities
Coordinate HVAC installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all aspects are organized and executed efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to review project specifications, determine installation requirements, and establish project timelines.
Assign HVAC installers to projects based on availability, skills, and requirements.
Communicate project details, timelines, and expectations to installers.
Monitor progress, providing regular updates to customers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Coordinate delivery of equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track delivery.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors such as electricians or plumbers.
Monitor project budgets, tracking expenses to stay within limits.
Address issues or concerns during installation, finding timely solutions.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify installation quality.
Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, and paperwork.
Coordinate with service team to schedule inspections and ensure compliance with codes.
Assist in preparing project reports and providing insights on status.
Continuously improve processes related to HVAC installations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in project coordination or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in coordinating HVAC installations or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes preferred.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools.
Detail‑oriented and focused on accuracy.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Collaborative team player.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal Qualifications
