Audio Production Intern — Summer Internship & Discipleship Program
May 26 – July 31, 2026 | Full-Time | Paid | Housing Provided
OneWay Ministries’ 10-week internship equips young adults to grow deeply in Christ while using their creative gifts to advance the Gospel. Interns live in community housing, receive intensive discipleship, and gain hands‑on experience producing audio content that supports ministry globally.

Support and produce high-quality audio content for music, podcasts, and Prayercast media that inspires prayer, worship, and Kingdom impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recording, mixing, and mastering music and other ministry resources
Produce audio tracks for Prayercast videos, including music and prayer elements
Record and engineer audio for Scripture Songs, albums, and the One80 Podcast
Collaborate with ministry teams to create professional audio content for worship and outreach
Qualifications:
Experience with ProTools, Logic, or similar audio production software preferred
Prior audio production or music recording experience, or currently enrolled in an audio/audio engineering program
Experience producing and recording live music and worship events
Compensation:
$4,000 stipend
Housing, two weekly meals, retreat, and program costs fully covered (valued at ~$2,000)
