Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $53,023 and MA: $64,910; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE)
Up to 12 sick days and up to 2 personal days of leave given yearly

Medical premiums are covered by the district up to $756 for individual plans and up to $1,315 per month toward family plans.
Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans.
District contributions to VEBA/HRA accounts for select medical plans.
Fully paid life insurance and long-term disability premiums.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for pre-tax medical and dependent care.
Retirement
403b with a district match of up to 2.25% of annual salary.
