Family Law Associate Attorney handling divorce and matrimonial matters .

Handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, and domestic violence matters
Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, and legal documents
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Participate in court appearances, negotiations, and case strategy
Qualifications
2–6 years of family law or matrimonial law experience
Active New Jersey Bar admission required
Strong drafting, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Must be able to work in-office daily in the Watchung, NJ area
