Schedule:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$28–$33 per hour
Guaranteed:
18 hours
Benefits:
1 week vacation, 5 days PTO
Overview
A warm and welcoming family is seeking a nurturing, attentive, and creative nanny to care for their 1-year-old child two days per week. This role is ideal for a caregiver who enjoys engaging with toddlers in a calm, thoughtful, and developmentally supportive way.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving care while supporting independence and development
Plan and engage in age‑appropriate, enriching activities
Incorporate daily outdoor time, including walks and nature‑based play
Assist with light household tasks, including:
Baby laundry
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
Tidying play areas
Ideal Candidate
Has a background or strong interest in Waldorf‑inspired or holistic childcare
Is calm, creative, and fully present when engaging with children
Values rhythm, nature, and child‑led learning
Multilingual is a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, or another language)
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
First Aid and CPR certification
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to pass a standard background check
Provide professional references
Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
