Qualifications
Must pass pre‑employment drug test and qualify for a gaming license
Must have prior experience as a Food Server/Waiter/Waitress
Must be able to stand and exert fast‑paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
Good coordination; be able to bend, kneel and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Good people skills, customer driven, sense customer needs, promote positive dining experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting and serving customers in a timely, courteous and professional manner
Inform customers of specials, make suggestions and answer questions regarding food, beverages and service
Solicit food and beverage orders from customers and relay orders to culinary and beverage staff
Communicate with culinary and beverage staff and coordinate the entire station to ensure customer satisfaction
Serve courses promptly while ensuring proper presentation
Monitor diners to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and accommodate any additional requests
Total guest check, refer customers to the cashier, or process payment for the customer
Assist with stocking workstation, removing soiled dishes and resetting tables
All duties as assigned
