As an Express Service Advisor at Steve Moyer Subaru, you will be the face of our service lane, owning the customer experience from start to finish. Serving as the first point of contact for our customers, a positive and professional demeanor is essential. You will greet vehicle owners as they arrive, clearly explain the repair process, and ensure each customer feels valued and informed. Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers in the service drive, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service at all times.

Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds to identify and communicate necessary maintenance or repairs.

Accurately write and invoice repair orders, maintaining clear and professional documentation.

Take full ownership of the customer experience by performing additional tasks that leave a positive and lasting impression on every customer.

Provide concierge-level support for all owner inquiries, both over the phone and in person, ensuring no customer concerns are overlooked or mishandled.

Advise customers honestly and thoughtfully on necessary repair and maintenance work, always prioritizing their best interests.

Requirements

Organized with a friendly and approachable personality.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with and assist customers.

Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.

Professional and well-groomed appearance reflecting the standards of Steve Moyer Subaru.

Possession of a clean driving record.

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
