Supply Chain - Sr. Subcontract Management

Overview
This role supports the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supply Chain team in managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex contracts across commercial, DOD, and international programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier performance on moderate-to-high-risk contracts, including modified Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and build-to-print subcontracts.
Lead and mentor subcontract management teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Prepare and execute bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and develop evaluation criteria.
Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and make recommendations for subcontractor selection.
Oversee the preparation and administration of subcontracts, including necessary changes and ensuring compliance with Lockheed Martin policies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required to apply.
Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer.
Experience analyzing/managing production or sustainment requirements in an SAP procurement system.
Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts.
Aerospace industry experience.
Desired Skills
Leadership or mentoring experience.
Global Supply Chain experience with a focus on development, production, and sustainment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, engaging effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ability to navigate complex issues and develop practical solutions.
Self-motivated with a proactive, "Can-Do" attitude.
Distinguished business acumen.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
Security Clearance
This position requires a U.S. citizen with a Secret clearance.
Location & Work Schedule
Fort Worth, TX – Hybrid work (50%). 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
