About Our Family:
We are an on-the-go, dynamic family in a very full season of life, seeking a reliable and highly organized House Manager & Family Assistant to help bring ease, structure, and calm to our day-to-day home life. With both parents working full-time in demanding roles and two young children in daycare/preschool, our days move quickly-from early mornings out the door to full evenings at home-leaving limited time for the ongoing needs of running a household.

We value a home that feels calm, organized, and efficient, but the day-to-day tasks-laundry, tidying, errands, meal prep, and the many small but important details-can quickly stack up. Like many families in this stage, we’re balancing a constant mental load while also wanting to be present and truly enjoy time together. We have two young children and a cat, and we value a private, low-profile home environment rooted in trust, clear communication, and a strong sense of order and ease.

At the heart of it, we’re looking to create more breathing room in our home-less rushing, less stress around the “to-do,” and more space to feel grounded and connected as a family. We’re seeking someone experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented who can seamlessly integrate into our home during school and work hours-someone who can anticipate needs, take ownership of household operations, and bring consistency, flow, and thoughtful systems so our home runs smoothly and with intention.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a self-sufficient, independent, and highly organized individual who can seamlessly step into our home and manage tasks without needing direction. This person thrives on autonomy and has a proactive mindset, always one step ahead in keeping the household running smoothly. They take pride in leaving the house better than they found it, whether it’s managing errands, resetting rooms, or organizing spaces. The approach is discreet and professional, respecting the family’s privacy and maintaining a low profile.

While your main focus will be household management, we are looking for someone who can assist with the children as needed, particularly during occasional gaps in childcare or when shuttling to summer camps. You’ll be the quiet force behind a well-run home-our "magic fairy godmother"-who leaves everything organized, tidy, and in its place, allowing us to focus on what matters most. The ideal candidate will be a true self-starter, reliable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. With your ability to handle various tasks independently, you will help alleviate the mental load of the family and ensure the house stays in top shape.
