The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing optimal pharmaceutical care on a daily basis. Develops, implements, and maintains systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe and cost effective drug therapies.
Job Qualifications and Specifications
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited School.
Valid RI Pharmacist license.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 2 years job-related experience and basic computer skills is required.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Knowledge and experience of normal and modified diets and carbohydrate counting and protein exchange systems preferred.
