Physical Requirements
The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50-100 pounds on a daily basis; as well as stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. The conditions of work may involve exposure to communicable diseases and injury from intractable patients or sharp instruments.

Monday – Friday, Day Shift; 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk)
Job Summary
The Medicine Specialties Clinic, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Pulmonology, is seeking a Nurse Team Lead to manage daily clinic flow, provide direct patient care, as well as day-to-day oversight of nursing and clinical staff.
This position will work closely with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and Medical Directors to oversee the daily activities of the divisions, operationalize ambulatory clinic issues, nursing directives, maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling, implement quality improvement measures, and ensure patient safety standards adherence. Additionally, the Nurse Team Lead will be responsible for creating the clinical team schedule, supporting clinical staffing, supporting clinical operations, and ongoing training of clinical team.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Basic computer knowledge, MS Windows, Word, Outlook, clinical applications, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
Preferred Education/Experience
2 or more years of experience preferred.
