About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Brand Manager to support the execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role will partner across marketing, creative, operations, and external agencies to help bring campaigns and initiatives to life while ensuring a consistent and elevated brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
The Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in managing day-to-day brand activities, supporting integrated marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing creative and programs to strengthen the brand in market. A Day in the Life
Brand Strategy and Execution
Support the planning and execution of seasonal integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, CRM, and other channels.
Help develop campaign briefs and partner with internal teams or agencies to deliver impactful creative work.
Review creative assets across paid media, social, local marketing, influencer, digital, and in-center channels to ensure consistency with brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines, channel best practices, and business objectives.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve creative quality and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to strengthen how the brand shows up in market and support ongoing brand evolution.
Maintain and manage brand guidelines, templates, and tools to enable effective execution.
Provide creative direction and constructive feedback on concepts, layouts, copy integration, and final assets.
Manage creative review cycles by consolidating stakeholder input into clear, actionable direction.
Balance business needs with creative excellence to deliver work that is strategic, visually compelling, and on brand.
Maintain high standards for detail, ensuring all deliverables are polished, accurate, and production-ready.
Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, briefing processes, and team efficiency.
Foster a collaborative partnership between brand, creative, and cross-functional teams.
Insights & Performance Analysis
Review campaign performance, creative effectiveness, and key brand metrics to identify learnings and optimization opportunities.
Support cross-functional reporting that summarizes results, recommendations, and business impact.
Use data, consumer insights, and market trends to improve future creative and marketing programs.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with teams including Creative, Media, Digital, Operations, Finance, and Product to execute brand initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality work and strong project management.
Build collaborative relationships across the organization to keep initiatives moving efficiently.

3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
