Position Overview
This role owns how Senteon shows up in the market across events, digital presence, and brand execution.

You will be responsible for planning and executing field events, maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand presence across social media and web, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive visibility and credibility.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure that everything Senteon puts into the market is consistent, polished, and effective.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution (Primary Focus)

Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, and field events end-to-end

Manage logistics including booth setup, materials, timelines, and on-site execution

Ensure a high-quality, consistent brand presence at all events

Coordinate pre-event and post-event activities to support overall marketing efforts

Brand and Design Execution

Own the creation and maintenance of marketing assets including presentations, collateral, and swag

Ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints

Support ongoing design needs across the business, including sales and marketing content

Digital Presence and Content

Maintain and update the company website to ensure accuracy and consistency

Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms

Support content creation and publishing aligned to company messaging

Marketing Execution and Support

Support execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns

Assist with organizing and launching new marketing efforts

Ensure alignment between messaging, design, and execution across all channels

Marketing Operations and Reporting

Track event performance and marketing activity outcomes

Maintain organization of marketing assets and materials

Provide visibility into what is working and where improvements can be made

Qualifications
Required

Strong organizational and execution skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently

Experience with event coordination, marketing, or design-related work

Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Experience and Comfortability with a cadence that includes significant travel, late hours, and planning.

Preferred

Experience working with trade shows or field events

Familiarity with website management and social media platforms

Basic design experience or comfort working with design tools

Events are executed smoothly and reflect a high-quality brand presence

Marketing materials and design assets are consistent and polished

Website and social presence remain accurate, active, and aligned with messaging

Marketing efforts are organized, visible, and continuously improving

Working Conditions

While this is a remote position, you will be expected to travel to between 12-25 shows throughout the course of the 2026 calendar year.

The candidate will need to be very comfortable being a “road warrior” and away from home on a regular basis.

Show schedules will vary widely and will include extended hours.

Geographic Requirements

This position requires that you be located in the Atlanta Metropolitan area due to where all show logistics originate from.

If you do NOT currently reside in Atlanta, you must be prepared to move within 30 days of hire.

A comprehensive relocation package is available.

Physical Requirements
This position classifies the physical exertion requirements as light to moderate physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve regular lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light to heavy weight (10-100 pounds) while in the field working trade shows and other events. Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation, standing for prolonged periods at trade shows, movement and lifting associated with transporting bulk trade show swag and presentation materials. Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate visual cues or signals. Some tasks require that ability to communicate orally. Essential functions are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

This position has a salary of $80,000.

This represents a good faith estimate. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
