What You’ll Do
Lead from the line while maintaining full awareness of the kitchen
Execute service with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail
Coach and develop cooks through real‑time feedback and daily repetition
Manage prep, production flow, and station readiness for every service
Support ordering, inventory, and food cost control through Restaurant365
Work directly with the Executive Chef to uphold standards and drive performance
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that is ready for inspection at all times
What You’ll Bring
3+ years in a high‑volume, scratch kitchen environment
Strong fundamentals including knife skills, sauces, proteins, and plating
Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused during busy service
Willingness to be coached and push your own development
Leadership presence built on accountability and consistency
A mindset that values team success over individual recognition
