What You’ll Do
Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in our brand new Elk Grove Center
Conduct parent/caregiver education and assist in functional behavior assessments (under BCBA guidance)
Design individualized ABA programs using evidence‑based practices, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
Collect and analyze behavioral data, complete session documentation, and assist with case management
Provide clinical support and model best practices for entry‑level Behavior Technicians
Participate in individual and group supervision with a designated BCBA to accrue required hours toward certification
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity and goal alignment across clients
Attend training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities to support your ongoing growth
Who You Are
Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing (required)
Experience delivering ABA services with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders. Previous experience as a Lead RBT or with mentoring newer technicians is preferred
Passionate about clinical growth and building foundational supervision skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; team‑oriented mindset
Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus
