Tool & Die Maker

Our client in Elroy, WI is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join their team. This position is responsible for carrying through to completion the construction and repair of all kinds of metal parts, tools and machines.
Location: Elroy, WI
Pay Range: $20+/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Friday OT as needed)
What’s the Job?

Set up, adjust, maintain and operate tooling equipment such as lathes, milling machines, presses, CNCs and surface grinders used in daily job activities.
What’s Needed?

Must be familiar with the working properties of shaping metal and capable of shaping metals to precise dimensions within the specified tolerances
Possess knowledge of shop mathematics, the use of charts and tables
Capable of making gauges; fixed, adjustable and template gauges
Set up, adjust, maintain and operate tooling equipment such as lathes, milling machines, presses, CNCs and surface grinders
Ability to stand for 10 hour shift
