Protect and manage critical patient information. This role ensures accurate handling of medical records in support of patient care and compliance.
Location
MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0730–1630
Position Overview
Responsible for maintaining, processing, and safeguarding medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Scan, file, and retrieve medical records
Maintain electronic and paper records
Support record reviews and audits
Manage record lifecycle and archiving
Ensure compliance with privacy standards
Utilize systems such as HAIMS and JLV
Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Experience in medical records management
Knowledge of HIPAA/privacy standards
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HAIMS or JLV
