Training and Education
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent. Completion of an approved nursing assistant course preferred.

Physical Requirements
The following scale is related to the below requirements: Occasionally: 1-33%; Frequently: 34-66%; Continuously: 67-100%.
The ability to perform job duties while sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting at the waist and lifting up to 50 lbs. are evaluated. The applicant must also be able to carry 50+ lbs. with assistance, push 0-300 lbs. and wear protective equipment as necessary. Visual and hearing acuity with or without corrective eyewear and hearing aids are required. Experience with emergency and crisis situations is necessary. The role may involve irregular hours and contact with patients under a variety of circumstances, including exposure to infectious and contagious diseases.

Minimum Requirements: Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant, or equivalent training. Credentials: Basic Life Support required within 2 weeks of hire. Thereafter, must maintain. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
