WellSpan Health is expanding access to immediate behavioral health support with the launch of our new Walk‑In Crisis Center, designed to provide same‑day, compassionate care for individuals experiencing urgent mental health needs. This is a major step forward in improving crisis response in our community — and we’re building a strong clinical team to support it.
We’re actively hiring Therapists (licensed and associate-licensed) who are passionate about crisis work, assessment, and helping individuals stabilize and connect to the right level of care.
About the Role
As a Crisis Therapist, you will:
• Provide walk‑in assessments and crisis intervention
• Determine appropriate levels of care and coordinate next steps
• Offer brief therapeutic support during moments of acute need
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
• Play a key role in transforming how our community accesses urgent mental health care
